- Greet Ss
- Call the roll.
- Say hello to the class and have them reply. Walk around the class to greet some pupils, slapping on the hand of the greeted pupils.

1.Presentation
a. Vocabulary:

b. Dialogue:
- Set the scene:
- Show the picture on page 18 in SB and ask Ss to describe the picture. (Thầy giáo và bạn Tony gặp nhau, họ chào và hỏi thăm sức khỏe .)
- Play the CD, ask SS to look, listen and repeat.
- Have Ss practice the dialogue : T- WC, half-hafl, pairs.
- Give model sentences and explain the form, meaning, usage and pronunciation.

2. Practice
Activity: Look, listen and repeat.
- have pupils look at the pictures.
- Ask pupils to indentify the character in the pictures.
- Explain the titles Mr, Mrs, Miss.
